'2005 was a big year for us and our business continued
to grow by over 20%. We would like to Thank all
of our clients as you are all very important to
us. You are the reason we are here.
We are particularly grateful to those of you who
make repeat reservations on a regular basis and
we are planning to introduce our Customer Loyalty
Club later this year. We will announce full details
as soon as possible.
As I speak, we are rolling out our new internet
based reservations system which will operate 24
hours daily, 7 days a week - without any public
holidays. This will allow everyone to easily make
bookings themselves instantly, without having to
wait for a response from us.

who miss out this year because they leave it too
late to make their reservation.
By the very nature of many of our specialist products,
they have a limited supply.

We don't say Lowest Price guarantee because sometimes
our prices may APPEAR higher but you have to carefully
check out the inclusions. We try and include as
much as possible in our rates so that you don't
have any 'big surprises' at the end of your rental.
Our quotes carefully spell out what is included
and what has to be paid at the start of your rental.
A
common mistake when clients compare rental rates
is that they don't read the inclusions carefully.
Sure, some companies say insurance is included but
what they omit to say is that it has an excess or
deductible of $3000 . We include Collision Damage
Waiver which reduces this to a more manageable figure
as standard. To buy this waiver will often cost
up to 12 Euros per day !
We
also include airport fees where we can - in Italy
for example some companies add 14% of the rental
rate. Other items to check for would be: Road Registration
fees, additional driver fees, city and sometimes
rail surcharges.
